Jiz is a Senior Manager at Bain & Company and a leader within the firm's Energy & Natural Resources and Capital Projects practices. He brings close to two decades of experience spanning strategy, transformation, operations, engineering and the delivery of major capital projects. Before joining Bain, Jiz held senior roles at INPEX and Apache Energy, developing deep expertise across the energy and resources sector. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum (Honours) from UWA and completed his UWA MBA in 2021.

Andrew Findlay

Andrew is Executive Officer of RDA Carine, where he leads an organisation delivering equine-assisted programs that build confidence, connection and capacity for people living with disability. He brings more than 30 years' experience across mining, power generation, renewable energy and infrastructure, including project design, construction, commissioning and operations. Andrew is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and completed his UWA MBA in 2024.

She holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA from UWA.

Marcus completed his UWA MBA.

Chantal is the General Manager at Block Branding, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency and helping keep people, projects and the business moving in the right direction. With a background spanning production, people management, operations and large-scale events, she brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to whatever comes her way.

Chantal holds a degree in Film and Television Production and completed her MBA at UWA in 2025.

Aimee completed her UWA MBA and received the Professor David Plowman Memorial Prize for achieving the highest average mark in her graduating cohort.

Toni-Louise is a strategic communications consultant and founder of SoundingLine, working with executives and professional services firms on high-stakes writing, from award and speaker submissions to executive thought leadership. She has written 30+ successful submissions and previously led communications at safety technology company Soter Analytics, where she built a program that earned 16 international conference platforms in 18 months. A UWA MBA graduate and Graduate of the AICD, she leads GMA's partnership program, connecting members with organisations that share their commitment to leadership in Western Australia.

Alison is an FCPA and finance leader with approximately 17 years of experience across education, mining, banking and not-for-profit organisations. She currently works at John Septimus Roe Anglican Community School, bringing broad experience in financial management, business operations and organisational improvement.

Her career includes finance roles with CITIC Pacific Mining and a global mining services company, where she undertook an international assignment leading the finance team of its US subsidiary. She has also contributed to ERP and business process transformation across the Asia-Pacific region, working across different business environments and cultures.

Alison holds an MBA from The University of Western Australia and completed her GAICD in 2024. She has a strong interest in governance, strategy and organisational development, with a focus on applying her finance and commercial experience to broader organisational leadership.
