The Graduate Management Association (GMA) was established in 1976 by MBA graduates from the University of Western Australia’s Graduate Management School. What started as a way to maintain friendships and faculty connections has grown into a dynamic alumni network serving more than 2,200 members worldwide.

Over the past 45+ years, the GMA has grown alongside the UWA Business School and the Western Australian business community expanding its membership to include graduates from all postgraduate programs within the faculty.

From the beginning, the GMA has aimed to:

• Strengthen ties between alumni and UWA faculty
• Uphold the reputation of UWA’s postgraduate business degrees
• Promote professionalism, leadership, and community contribution
