GMA Masterclass – Bourby Webster -The competitive advantage of the arts in corporate centres.

FreeThe UWA Business School and GMA of UWA are pleased to present our 2022 MBA Masterclass series.
We are pleased to advise that for the first time this Masterclass will be available both face to face and online. This will not only give our regional, interstate and international members an opportunity to join us but will also support those currently impacted by Covid restrictions.
Bourby Webster is a violist, entrepreneur, educator, presenter, and producer. She is the founder, Creative Director and Executive Producer of Perth Symphony Orchestra, the orchestra that makes the rules and has a mission of ‘Music for Everyone’.
Bourby has a music degree from Oxford University, is a graduate of the Royal College of Music, has an MBA from UWA, and has been a winner of a 40 Under 40 award for Entrepreneurs and a finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Awards. She was a founding member of the UK-based electric string quartet ‘bond’ signed to Decca Records.
In 2017 Bourby created the Arts Leaders Collective to support leaders of new arts companies and is passionate about supporting women in the arts. In 2019, Bourby was named WA of the Year in the Arts and Culture category.
In this Masterclass, Bourby will talk about “The competitive advantage of the arts in corporate centres”.
